Mirza Kashif Ali, is a world-renowned scholar and education activist who has extensively dealt with Education and represented Pakistan in all over the world for education and private schools. His contributions in the field of education especially for girls’ education, women empowerment, and developing cognitive and socio-emotional skills of children and youth, have been recognized and awarded globally. Educated at Forman Christen College, Government College and Punjab University, he studied Economics, Management, Business, Law, History and English. He is also an author of 2 books and published 93 research reports, and a renowned columnist who wrote many articles on current affairs in English & Urdu, published in renowned National & International papers.
He also served as Advisor to Governor Punjab and Chief Minister for Education and Sports. Moreover, he’s Member KIX-EMAP National Steering Committee, Pakistan; and Chairman of Education Advisory Committee, Federal Tax Ombudsman.
He is a widely travelled person who visited more than fifty countries around the world. He had represented Pakistan at numerous international conferences and presented papers. As resource person Kashif Mirza is well known in education and media circles, and has extensively dealt with intellectual development and the contemporary national and international Education societies.
He also had represented for Private Schools in different National and International Forums. Kashif Mirza is a famous TV Anchor and performed more than 3000 live and recorded Talk Shows of Current Affairs at PTV, Business plus TV, VOW TV and Star TV as an Anchor and Analyst. His pioneering work has been recognized and honored on numerous occasions both in the country and abroad.
Currently, he is working as President All Pakistan Private Schools Federation – APPSF. Since 1998 to till date he has been working for All Pakistan Private Schools as 25thtime unopposed elected President. All Pakistan Private Schools Federation – APPSF is the only largest representative and registered Federation of private schools, which represents to 300 plus registered Associations for private schools with 207,000 private schools, 1.5 million teachers and 26 million students in all over the Pakistan including Azad Kashmir & Gilgit Baltistan GB. He owns and works for a leading school chain Lahore School System as CEO and lives at Lahore and Islamabad.
